Return Policy

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be delighted with your original artwork you've purchased.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your artwork within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.

Conditions:

  • Artwork must be returned in its original condition.
  • Buyer is responsible for securely repackaging the artwork.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the artwork arrived damaged.
  • Refunds will be issued after the artwork is received and inspected.

If the artwork arrives damaged during transit or if an incorrect artwork was shipped,  please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damage.   Gina Son Atelier will cover the return shipping costs and provide either a replacement (if available) or a full refund.  For return requests, please contact:

Shipping Policy

All original artwork is carefully packaged and shipped from Austin, Texas.

Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days after purchase.

Delivery Time

Most U.S. deliveries arrive within 5–8 business days after shipment.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping is offered on qualifying orders as displayed at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your artwork has shipped.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on selected works. Please contact us before purchase for a shipping quote and availability.

We have a 30-day return policy for internationally shipped paitnings, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
